        M. Ann Hall reports in The Grads are Playing Tonight!, that the Edmonton Grads captured the provincial title by defeating Camrose Normal School x-x. The Grads (coached by J. Percy Page) included Nellie Batson, Ella Osborne, Geraldine Reid, Iola Mitchell, Mary Bremner and Ethel Anderson.

1915

In the Alberta finals (reported by newspapers as the first provincial title), the Edmonton Grads defeated Camrose Normal School 12-7. The Grads (coached by J Percy Page) included Winnie Martin, Nellie Batson, Ella Osborne, Geraldine Reid, Ethel Anderson and Mary Bremner. M. Ann Hall asserts in the Grads are Playing Tonight! that Martin joined the team in the fall of 1915.

1916

In the Alberta finals, the Edmonton Grads defeated Camrose Normal School 13-2. The Grads (coached by J. Percy Page) included Winnie Martin, Nellie Batson, Ella Osborne, Geraldine Reid, Ethel Anderson, Mary Bremner.

1917

In Alberta, the Edmonton Grads went unchallenged, according to the Edmonton Journal. But M. Ann Hall asserts in The Grads are Playing Tonight! that the Grads defeated Wetaskiwin 30-14 for the provincial crown. The Grads (coached by J. Percy Page) included Winnie Martin, Nellie Batson, Ella Osborne, Geraldine Reid, Ethel Anderson and Elena Todd.

1918

In the Alberta finals, the Edmonton Grads defeated Stettler 17-7. The Grads (coached by J. Percy Page) included Winnie Martin, Nellie Batson, Geraldine Reid, Elena Todd, Elizabeth Elrick, Connie Lamont.

1919

In the sudden-death Edmonton finals, the Commercial Grads clipped the University of Alberta 18-8.

In the sudden-death Alberta final, the University of Alberta Pandas edged the Edmonton Commercial Grads 16-14. The Grads had been the Alberta champs for the previous five years. Orlene Fraser led the Pandas with 14. Edna Bakewell added 2, while Anderson, Jessie Hamilton, Blow, Gladys Johnson, Alice Swanson and Susie McLennan were scoreless. Elena Todd led the Grads with 8. Mona Karran added 6, while Eleanor Mountifield, Elizabeth Elrick, Connie Lamont, Marskell, Geraldine Reid, Connie Smith and Mary Dunn were scoreless.

In November, 1919, the Grads challenged the U of A for the Wilson Trophy (the existing rules then required a two-month waiting period before the reigning champs could be challenged) and defeated them 21-18.

1920

In the sudden-death Alberta finals, the Edmonton Commercial Grads defeated the University of Alberta 16-7 as Elena Todd scored all the points for the victors. The Grads also included Eleanor Mountfield, Elizabeth Elrick, Connie Lamont, Geraldine Reid, Winnie Martin, Mona Karran, Mary Dunn, Connie Smith, Nellie Perry, Daisy Johnson, Kathleen Hall. The Pandas (coached by Cecil Race) included Orline Fraser, Emilie Schepp, Jessie Hamilton, Bernice Carmichael, Alice Swanson, Susie MacLennan, Edna Bakewell, Ruby Wood and Nellie James. The Pandas protested the outcome (grounds?) and their appeal was upheld and a replay ordered. …………………………………………………… In the replay, the University of Alberta defeated the Commercial Grads 30-22 as Fraser scored 18 and Schepp 12. Todd led the Commercial Grads with 22.

In the Alberta “challenge” series, the University of Alberta defeated Commercial High School 24-19 as Schepp scored 15 and Fraser 6 (3 unallocated) while Hamilton, Wood, McLennan, Carmichael and Swanson were scoreless. Hall led Commercial High with 11. Perry added 8, while Williams, Simonson, Smith, Colville and Cody were scoreless.

In November, 1920, the Grads challenge the University of Alberta for the Winston Shield and prevail 25-3.

In December, the Grads venture to Saskatchewan to play Saskatoon YWCA and the University of Saskatchewan and prevailed 50-8 and 47-15 to win the mythical Western Canadian title

In the British Columbia Crofton League, U.B.C. Varsity emerged the champs.

1921

In the Alberta finals, the University of Alberta defeated the Edmonton Grads 13-17; rematch 29-23.

The Grads won the title but the U of A protested the Grads use of a high school student, Connie Smith, in the contest. The Grads agreed to a rematch, which the U of A won 29-23. The Pandas included Alice Swanson, Thelma Kirk, Jessie Hamilton, Bernice Carmichael, Susie McLennan, Mae McEachern, A Malcolmson, Lena McLean and Madeline Carmichael. M Ann Hall reports that the controversy over Smith’s eligibility occurred in 1920 and that the Grads went unchallenged in 1921 (which would make the Edmonton Journal and Gateway reports inaccurate). The Grads (coached by J. Percy Page) included Eleanor Mountifield, Connie Smith, Elena Todd, Winnie Martin, Elizabeth Elrick, Nellie Perry.

In the British Columbia Crofton League, U.B.C. Varsity emerged the champs.
