        In game one of the national championship series held at Windsor, bespectacled Babe Belanger’s speed proved the difference as the Grads defeated Windsor 34-30. The Grads led 8-6 after a quarter and 31-23 at the half. Windsor rallied to within two but Margaret MacBurney hit a bucket to seal the win in the final seconds. Belanger led the Grads with 14. Noel MacDonald added 9, Margaret MacBurney 8, Doris Neale 3, Gladys Fry 0 and Mabel Munton 0. Willa Hyttenrauch led Windsor with 13. Isabel Lossing added 11, Mae Richards 2, Hester Churchill 2, Jennie Golab 2, Hilda Cornwall 0 and Lillian Cross 0.

        In game two, the Grads whipped Windsor 58-31 after leading 20-6; 31-21 and 41-31 at the quarters. Babe Belanger was carried off the floor in the fourth quarter for the Grads with a sprained ankle. Jessie Golab of Windsor collapsed in exhaustion in the fourth quarter but eventually returned to the game. Noel MacDonald led the Grads with 16.
