        In the semis, the 4th-seeded UQAM Citadins stunned the top-seeded Concordia Stingers 75-68. The score was knotted at 18 after one quarter. The Citadins led 37-31 at the half and 57-48 after three quarters. Veronique Boivin paced the Citadins with 23 on 7-21 from the floor, 2-11 from the arc, 7-7 from the line and 8 boards. Delphine St-Cyr Robitaille added 15 on 4-15 from the floor, 4-8 from the arc, 3-4 from the line, 2 boards and 3 assists. Alexe Dufresne notched 14 on 4-7 from the floor, 6-8 from the line, 2 boards and 2 assists. Fredlyne Verrier scored 11 on 4-7 from the floor, 3-4 from the line and 9 boards.         In the other semi, the 3rd-seeded Laval Rouge et Or nipped the 2nd-seeded Bishop’s Gaiters 80-78. The Gaiters led 22-17, 42-40 and 62-59 at the quarters. Sabrine Khelifi paced the Rouge et Or with 22 on 6-9 from the floor, 1-2 from the arc, 9-12 from the line, 8 boards and 4 assists. Lea Dominique added 13 on 4-10 from the floor, 5-7 from the line, 7 boards and 2 assists. Elodie Lajoie notched 11 on 4-6 from the floor, 3-5 from the arc and 2 assists.         In the final, the 3rd-seeded Laval Rouge et Or defeated the 4th-seeded UQAM Citadins 75-69 to capture their third consecutive RSEQ title. The Rouge et Or led 21-12, 39-33 and 58-46 at the quarters. The Rouge et Or prevailed on the strength of the perimeter shooting as seven different players drained at least one trey, with Marie-Pier Champagne drilling a trio from beyond the arc. Sabrine Khelifi paced the Rouge et Or with 14 on 5-13 from the floor, 1-1 from the arc, 3-7 from the line, 12 boards, 2 assists and 2 steals. Kim Letang added 12 on 5-12 from the floor, 2-7 from the arc, 4 boards and 3 assists. Marie-Pier Champagne notched 11 on 4-10 from the floor, 3-7 from the arc, 7 boards and 3 assists.         After the season, Bishop’s coach Craig Norman leaves the helm of women’s program to become the head coach of the men’s Gaiters. He is replaced by McGill assistant Dianna Ros. Ros began her coaching career began in 2017 as an assistant with the Basketball Québec under-15 program and she spent four years as an assistant at Vanier College. She also served as coach of the Québec U-15 squad. She played five years at McGill, leading them to a silver medal at nationals in her fourth campaign.
