        In the regular season, Bishop’s finishes atop the standings with a (7-2) record.

        In the semis, the Bishop’s Gaiters defeated the Universite du Quebec @ Trois-Rivieres Diablos x-x.

In the other semi, the Concordia Stingers edged the McGill Martlets 68-63. The Martlets trailed by 10 midway through the second half but were unable to draw no closer than five.

        In the postseason final, Bishop’s dumped Concordia 70-52 as Andrea Blackwell scored 23, Wendy Verrechia 19, along with 12 boards, Lynn Polson 12, while Joanne Gordon nabbed 12 boards. Sue Hylland led Concordia with 12. Carolyn Marriott added 12. Gaiters coach Wayne Hussey told the Montreal Gazette that “we played excellent defence in the first half and Andrea really opened up for us in the second. We got great performances from everybody.”
