       Bishop’s finishes atop the regular season standings with a (9-1) record.

       In the semis, the Bishop’s Gaiters crushed the Laval Rouge et Or 46-11 as Nancy Knowlton scored 14. The Rouge et Or included Sue Smee, Monique Parent, Odette Langlais, Jackie Tremblay, Louise Vallieres, Johanne O’Brien, Helene Amyot, Dianne Lapierre, Helene Morissette, Denise Kerouac, Claire Brochu and Celine Garant.

       In the other semi, the University of Montreal Marauders edged the McGill Supersquaws 36-34. The Supersquaws (coach Heather Boby) included Janet Evans, Jean MacDonell, Nancy Layton, Sheila Clarke, Sue Paquette

       In the postseason final, Bishop’s crushed Montreal 54-38.

B Division

In the B Division semis, the MacDonald College Clanswomen whipped the Sir George Williams Georgians 40-29 as Carol Keyes scored 14.

       In the other B division semi, Loyola defeated the University of Quebec x-x as Diane Quart scored 13 and Malka Benjamin 13.

In the unofficial division B division final, Macdonald dumped Loyola 76-20. The Clanswomen (coached by Peter Kelly and Ken Smythe, manager Gwen Boyce) included Jean Higginbottom, Terry Williams, Sue Frey, Edaey Sugden, Carole Keyes, Carolyn Mulhern, Sue Vickery, Carol Keyes; Lucie de Bellefeuille, Debbie Wright and Jyl White.
