        McGill, Toronto and Queen’s finished tied in the standings with (2-2) records. A decision was made to hold a playoff in Ottawa, with the two teams that had to toil in the semi drawn out of a hat.

In the semi, the McGill Redmen defeated Queen’s 28-25 as Art Manson scored 11, Mendelsohn 5, Eddie Crain 4, Turpel 4 and Bones Little 4, while Philpott, Errol Amaron and Hilton were scoreless. Hannon led Queen’s with 10. Jonas added 6, Haslam 6, Hunter 2 and Lewis 2, while Moore, Bud Thomas and Ellis Henderson were scoreless. The Gaels also included McKinnon.

In the final, the McGill Redmen dumped the Toronto Varsity Blues 33-26 as Mendelsohn scored 10, Art Manson 7, Turpel 4, Laurence Little 4, Eddie Crain 4 and Errol Amaron 4, while Philpott and Hilton were scoreless. Bell led Toronto with 14. McLean added 6, Burgess 2 and Graham 2, while Fraser, Braid, Dufill and Caple were scoreless.
