The Pandas took a 9-6 lead as Irene MacKay broke loose for three buckets and extended the margin to 19-15 at the half. Manitoba knotted the score at 19 on a layup by Addy Ryngach but the Pandas took a 33-25 lead after three quarters. The Bisons rallied to one in the final but Alberta held on for the win.
