Allison, New Brunswick, PEI, St. FX, St. Mary’s, St. Thomas, and King’s College as an associate. The AWIAA had also included Mt. St. Vincent. Associates were NSAC, NS Teachers College and the St. John’s campus of the U of New Brunswick. At the meeting, it was decided that King’s would not be included in basketball because “the athletic program is only at the junior varsity level.”
