In the sole semi, the New Brunswick Red Bloomers thrashed the St. Francis Xavier X-Women 76-49 as Sue MacDonald scored 23, while Leslie Olmstead nabbed 16 boards. The Red Bloomers hit .300 from the floor and .580 from the line, while nabbing 65 boards. Kathy Fleiger led the X-Ettes with 22. The X-Ettes hit .360 from the floor and .560 from the line.
In the final, the New Brunswick Red Bloomers whipped the Dalhousie Tigers 80-43 as Joyce Douthwright scored 22 and nabbed 11 of the team’s 46 boards.
