        In the New Brunswick championships, Mount Allison defeated the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds x-x; x-x. The Varsity Reds (coached by Phil Trainor, manager A.A. Dougan, assistant manager F.H. Brennan) included R Murray, M.H. Rogers, W.J. Harris, Jack Murray, N.E. Smith, C.B. Cameron, G.E. Bell, H.E. Marshall, Glen Davis, S.E. MacQuarrie, H.K. Corbett and E.G.H. Currie.

        In Nova Scotia, Acadia prevails.

St FX did not appear to field a team.

Dalhousie is precluded from participation for many years because of eligibility restrictions of the Maritime league. The Tigers played Mount Allison and Acadia but not participate in the intercollegiate league. Coached by Charlie Steers and managed by Bill Scott, the Tigers included Sam Kagel, Bob Stech, Don Anderson, Sid Winters, Byron Hatfield, Killem Seaman, Art Shainhouse, Cy Miller, John Martin and Rod Ideson.

        In the Maritime final, Acadia defeated Mount Allison 41-33 after leading 22-11 at the half. The Mounties rallied to within 26-25 in the second half but faltered down the stretch.
