        In the Nova Scotia final, Acadia defeated Nova Scotia Technical College 47-19 to win the provincial intercollegiate basketball title for the seventh straight year. Burpee Balcolm paced the Axemen with 20. Acadia led 19-7 at the half.

Curt Cameron led the Varsity Reds with 16. Smith added 5, Murray 4, Bell 4, G Currie 2 and Ken Corbett 1.
