In its second season, the Glass City (Toledo, Ohio) Wranglers, Jamestown (N.Y.) Jackals and Pontiac (Mich.) Pharoahs from The Basketball League joined the loop, while the Montreal Toundra announced that it was taking a “hiatus” from participation. The league also announced that the Saginaw (Mich.) Souls would be joining the loop in 2025-25.
Once again, the league had no salary cap and no minimum Canadian requirements.
