        In the postseason quarterfinals (i.e., the Northwest division finals), the Vancouver Dragons dispatched the Quad City Flames x-x.

        In the postseason semis, held in Langley, the Vancouver Dragons defeated the Arkansas Bobcats 120-88.

        In the other semi, the Oklahoma City Outlaws defeated the Huntsville Force x-x.

        In the finals, the Vancouver Dragons defeated the Oklahoma City Outlaws 111-107. Demitri Harris of the Vancouver Dragons was chosen the Final Four most valuable players.

The Dragons were originally established as a Continental Basketball Association franchise in Bellevue, Washington. But the team was moved to Vancouver when a suitable arena could not be found. A lease was obtained from the Pacific National Exhibition but deferred until after the 2010 Winter Olympics. They did not play in a league until the Minor League Basketball Association in 2017-18.

        After the season, the Dragons announced their intention to bolt to the American Basketball Association, becoming the only Canadian team in the ABA.

        Later, they announced that they had joined the newly-formed North American Basketball Association spring league. There is no evidence that they participated in 2018-19.
