ECAC

Initially created as the Eastern Intercollegiate Conference featuring Bucknell (1934); Carnegie Mellon (then Tech, 1933-39); Georgetown (   1933-39); Penn State ( 1936-39); Pittsburgh (   1933-39); Temple (1933-39); and West Virginia 1933-39).

It was reconstituted as the Central Office for Intercollegiate Athletics in 1939, and took name of ECAC in 1947.
