The game was rough, featuring 53 fouls. Cornwall led 9-6 at the half. Helen Manser scored 12 points in the second half to rally Toronto, including a bucket off a steal with 9 seconds to play that tied the series score at 43. In the overtime, Charlene Hodgins put the Golds up by two and then Therese Hebert hit the winner, her only points of the series.
