        In the semis, Ontario defeated British Columbia 74-61 as Amy Bondy and Cathy Harrison each scored 16.

        In the bronze medal match, Quebec defeated defending champ British Columbia 83-71, with Isabelle Desrochers scoring 25, Mylisa Henderson 11 and Tracey Hayman 14. B.C. was led by Lori Tarasewich’s 16, Caldwell’s 16 and Andrea Schnider 10.

In the final, Ontario edged Alberta 59-57. Ontario led 23-17 at the half. Carolyn Swords paced Ontario with 17 points, including 15 in second half. Tammy Naughton added 16 and Mary Jane Besselink 12. Tracey Hengen, Cathy Johnson and Joanne Tegart each scored 9 to lead Alberta.
