        In the semis, Alberta defeated Manitoba 69-64. Lori Reid led Manitoba with 15. Sandy Ronald added 12.

        In the other semi, Ontario ripped Saskatchewan 85-62.

        In the bronze medal match, Manitoba nipped Saskatchewan 57-56 as Kathy Holtman scored 13 and Karen Shier 11.

        In the final, Ontario defeated Alberta as Janet Sword scored 22 points, including 16 in the second half. Sharon Knowles added 21. Debbie Patterson led with 17, but only 2 in the second half.
