Alberta also included Jerome Ell, Bob Arnett, Garth van Gaalen, Murray Hanna, Johnny Rodin, Jeff Cahoon, Chris Petropolis, Mike Cole, David Arthurs, Dave Kokoshki and Sean Izzard.
In the final, Ontario nipped British Columbia 64-63 as Brian Skeoch scored 18, Rob Samuels 16, Chris Jonsson 10 and Jim Kennedy 10. Ontario led 37-33 at the half. Al Christmanson paced BC with 20. Mike Carkner added 15.
