In the semis, the Whitehorse F.H. Collins Warriors defeated the Whitehorse Vanier Catholic Secondary Crusaders x-x.

In the final, the Whitehorse F.H. Collins Warriors thrashed the Whitehorse Porter Creek Rams 79-48. Tournament MVP May Nguyen told the Yukon News that “it took us a long time to develop, but it was worth it. No one quit, and when you don’t quit, you’ll get success out of it. I believe that because I’m in Grade 12 now and we got our first gold. It’s amazing — I’ll never forget it. … I’m not used to this. Before this year, I’d never even made a final. All of the training through the year is totally worthwhile.” Noria Deacon added that “the homework’s been piling up. As Miss J (coach Ann Jirousek) would say, quitters never win and winners never quit. Miss J was a huge inspiration to me. It’s overwhelming. This is my dream … I wanted to win this so much.” Jirousek said “my girls played with a lot of heart and intensity for the whole game. They wanted every possession and every loose ball. That’s one of the biggest differences between us and the other teams — the amount of hustle.”
