        The 5th-seeded Birch Hills Marauders whipped the 4th-seeded Caronport Cougars 79-44.         In the last quarterfinal, the 3rd-seeded Clavet Cougars crushed the 6th-seeded Indian Head Broncos 83-50. The Broncos (coached by Michael Head, assisted by Josh Godlien) included Nolin Moss, Greg Pugh, Kirk Johnson, Justin Dickie, Ethan Baran, Austin Petrychyn, Caleb Racette, Keenan Weckend, Doyle Watson, Osmand Amyotte, Tristan Willoughby and Landon Dickie.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Regina Christian Grizzlies defeated the 5th-seeded Birch Hills Marauders 76-67 in overtime. “The atmosphere was great,” Grizzlies coach Geoff Glasspell told the Regina Leader-Post. “When you’ve got 500 or 600 people cheering for you, it makes a difference. The logistics (of getting everyone to Luther) were difficult, but it was terrific that they were able to put it together. It was nice to have an atmosphere that was like a school event.” The Grizzlies led by four in the dying seconds but Birch Hills’ Simon Rask notched a layup with 4.6 seconds to play and the Grizzlies committed a foul, giving the Marauders possession of the ball with 3.6 seconds remaining. Marauder Kotaro Aoki drilled a jumper from just inside the arc as the buzzer sounded. “The chances of that shot going in were … apparently 100 per cent,” Glasspell quipped. Regina Christian outscored Birch Hills 11-2 in overtime. Josh Spelay led the Grizzlies with 18. Rask paced Birch Hills with 17. The score was knotted at 33 at the half.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Saskatoon Legacy Christian Eagles clipped the 3rd-seeded Clavet Cougars 74-62 despite trailing 46-32 at the half. Luke Donauer led the Eagles with 21. Sam Kolesnikow led the Cougars with 20.

        In the bronze medal match, the 5th-seeded Birch Hills Marauders stomped the 3rd-seeded Clavet Cougars 75-43 after leading 36-16 at the half. Simon Rask led the Marauders with 19. Sam Kolesnikow led the Cougars with 12.
