        The 3rd-seeded Regina F.W. Johnson Wildcats defeated the Wilcox Athol Murray College of Notre Dame Hounds 79-57 as Josh Kasper scored 19. Jeff Downs led Notre Dame with 33.

        The 5th-seeded Melfort Comets defeated the 4th-seeded Caronport Cougars 70-67.

In the last quarterfinal, the top-seeded North Battleford John Paul II Crusaders defeated the 9th-seeded Moose Jaw Riverview Royals 106-37.

In the semis, Drew Loehndorf scored 27 and James Holmes 13 as the North Battleford John Paul II Crusaders defeated the Melfort Comets 65-63. John Paul II led 29-28 at the half. Jae D. Morgan led Melfort with 23. Dan Stegman added 17.

In the other semi, the Moose Jaw Central Cyclones defeated the Regina F.W. Johnson Wildcats 85-67 as Kyle Grant scored 26 and Chad Leugner 16. Central led 38-31 at the half. Colin Hutzel led Regina Johnson with 24. Logan Radway and Josh Kasper each added 11.

In the final, the Moose Jaw Central Cyclones raced to a 51-31 lead at the half and cruised to a 97-69 win over the North Battleford John Paul II Crusaders. Dave Berg led Central with 25. Chad Leugner added 23. Brad Fuchs paced John Paul II with 17. Drew Loehndorf added 14. After losing in the final in 2000, the Cyclones were determined to go out with “guns blazing.” Coach Ryan Boughen told the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix that “last year we could have won if we had shown more heart and character. This year, we showed all the heart we needed.” Central jumped out to a 17-1 lead and built on the advantage the rest of the game.
