In the provincial semis, the Melfort Comets stomped the Moose Jay Vanier Vikings 94-55 ans Kent Prete scored 32 and Stephen Glenville 21. Scott Field paced the Vikings with 17.
In the other semi, the North Battleford John Paul II Crusaders clipped the Esterhazy Warriors 68-60 as Marty Friedrich scored 21 and Bryan Ballandine 16. Ipe Abraham paced the Warriors with 30. Patrick Viher added 11.
In the bronze medal match, the Moose Jaw Vanier Vikings spanked the Esterhazy Warriors 82-66 as Jeff Walter scored 16 and Brent Rioux 16. Ipe Abraham paced the Warriors with 33. Shawn Stevens added 11. The Warriors also included Patrick Viher.
In the final, the Melfort Comets torched the North Battleford John Paul II Crusaders 93-38 as Kent Prete scored 35 and Robin Johnson 16. Marty Friedrich paced the Crusaders with 14.
