        In the last quarterfinal, the St. Walburg Saints dusted the Eastend Echoes 71-46.

        In the semis, the St. Walburg Saints clipped the Kenaston Kodiaks 62-56 as Julia Larre scored 19, Gisele Stoniuk 18, Celeste Champigny 14, Jennifer Larre 9 and Alicia Madden 2. Jamie Taylor paced the Kodiaks with 16. Meaghan Taylor added 16, Charmaine Tweet 10, Sandy Zdunich 8, Kim Westman 6, Rochelle Pavelich 2 and Tara Siroski 2.

        In the other semi, the Lake Lenore Lancers bombed the Loreburn Aztecs 58-38 as Jasmine Weseen scored 17, Jill Brinkman 16, Jillian Weseen 10, Jody Marshak 8, Anita Gerwing 4, Amy Brockman 2 and Carla Puetz 1. Vanessa Doell paced the Aztecs with 11. Kim Bristow added 11, Kristy Hodgson 4, Stephanie Hovland 4, Anita Joel 2, Jamie Cafferata 2, Charmaine Wandler 2 and Jody Pearson 2.

        In the bronze medal match, the Kenaston Kodiaks edged the Loreburn Aztecs 49-44 as Charmaine Tweet scored 12, Tara Siroski 8, Sandy Zdunich 6, Kim Westman 6, Jamie Taylor 6, Meaghan Taylor 5, Kristy Pavelich 5 and Cathy Westman 1, Vanessa Doell led the Aztecs with 12. Kim Bristow added 9, Stephanie Hovland 8, Charmaine Wandler 7, Carey Peardon 5, Kristy Hodgson 2 and Jamie Cafferata 1. The Aztecs were coached by Outlook coach Lyle McKellar as coach Darcey Busse was attending a funeral. “There were just too many horses on the other bench,” McKellar told the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix. McKellar had had one practice with the Aztecs.

In the final, the Lake Lenore Lancers whipped the St. Walburg Saints 79-52 to capture their third consecutive crown. Jasmine Weseen paced the Lancers with 21. Jillian Weseen added 17, Carla Puetz 14, Anita Gerwing 10, Amy Brockman 8, Jody Marshak 4, Jill Brinkman 3 and Sherri Berscheid 2. Gisele Stolniuk led the Saints with 14. Julia Larre added 13, Celeste Champigny 12, Jennifer Larre 5, Alicia Madden 5, Tamara Sibley 2 and Jennifer Schmitz 1. Lancers coach Wade Weseen told the Regina Leader-Post that “we’ve had some really committed people and I think that’s been the big deal. To come out second best here would have been a real letdown.” The Lancers trailed 31-28 at the half but went on a 17-0 run in the second half. Weseen said “at halftime we said: ‘do you want to play basketball or do you want to play what we have been playing?’ And they made a decision.” Jasmine Weseen said “we’ve always had a good team. This was a good year and we had lots of good players.”
