        In the last quarterfinal, the 14th-seeded Lipton Cougars nailed 22 treys while stomping the 6th-seeded Sturgis Trojans 126-60. The Trojans (coached by Craig Folk and Tyler Blender) included Sam Folk, Blair Cameron, Dennis Rehaluk, Cody Teron, Jesse Stoudt, Steven Kardynal and Kiernan Dredge.

        In the semis, the top-seeded St. Brieux Crusaders thrashed the 5th-seeded Middle Lake Three Lakes Avengers 77-58 as Julius Rara scored 24. Nathan Hauser paced the Avengers with 19. Tyrell Altrogee added 15.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Outlook Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute Bisons stomped the 14th-seeded Lipton Cougars 96-61. Matt Edwards paced the Bisons with 30. Kayden Johnson added 25. Chance Bear led the Cougars with 19. J Bear added 12.

        In the bronze medal match, the 14th-seeded Lipton Cougars whipped the 5th-seeded Middle Lake Three Lakes Avengers 72-57. Chance Bear paced the Cougars with 36. Nathan Hauser led the Avengers with 21. The Avengers (coached by Vickie Hauser) also included Braxton Berting, Riley Dobrohoczki, Tyler Pitzel, Tyrell Altrogee, Logan Burkart, Spencer Bautz, Tyson Dobrohoczki, Kale Dobrohoczki, Ryker Berting, Huxley Berting, Craig Martinka and Luke Baker.

        In the final, the top-seeded St. Brieux Crusaders clipped the 2nd-seeded Outlook Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute Bisons 89-75. Caleb Hoffman paced the Crusaders with 27. Kayden Johnson led the Bisons with 33. “I’m very proud of my boys and it has been a lot of work, we have put in the time,” said Crusaders coach Gary Pachkowski. The Crusaders were all under 6-0 but “we’re way more skilled and we’re fast,” he added. “We went on a run winning 11 games in a row to end the year. …It’s big for us because it’s the first ever gold medal for our school in any team sport. We have always been a hockey community. It’s really changing where the culture is turning to basketball” particularly as a result of a large influx of Phillipino immigrants.
