In the provincial final, the Moose Jaw Tech Toilers captured their fourth consecutive crown by stomping the Saskatoon Nutana Collegiate Blues 60-32 after leading 14-13, 30-19 and 43-25 at the quarters. Jerry Ryba led Toilers with 16. Cliff Stark added 13. Terry Little paced the Blues with 13. Errol Needham added 10. The Toilers finished (26-2) on the season and were undefeated against high school competition. The only two seniors were co-captains Dick Stark and Dennis Farrell. Jerry Ryba led all scorers on the year with 310 points. Dick Stark scored 293.
