In the bronze medal match, the 11th-seeded Luseland Arthur Geelan Lords dumped the 12th-seeeded Herbert Laurels 72-65 as Daniel Holman scored 34. Justin Reschny added 10. Dan Chang led the Laurels with 20. Evan Keachuk added 17.
In the final, the Coronach Colts defeated the Kerrobert Rebels 93-52 as Stephen Galbraith scored 41 and Brad Adam 12. Mike Maurice led Kerrobert with 16, Jeremy Hoile, Richard Hartman and Cory Balanoff each added 10. Galbraith told the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix that he knew the Colts would coast. “All season, if we had a good warm-up and a good start, things just rolled. We were pretty loose before the game. We had a lot of easy baskets, a 15-point lead early, and it just went from there.” The Colts got some transition hoops to build a lead in the opening minutes and never looked back.

In the bronze medal match, the Regina Harvest City Reapers defeated the Birch Hills Marauders 73-49 as Caleb Steingruber scored 25, Timothy Blackett 12 and Matthew Glover 10. Travis Haug paced Birch Hills with 18. Taylor Mills added 12. “We’ve got 16 boys from Grade 9 to Grade 12 — and 12 of them are on the basketball team,” coach Joel Wells told the Regina Leader-Post. “At our school, the rule is: You make the team if you try out. … Because we’ve had some success for a number of years now, there always seems to be a new crop of kids who want to live up to the tradition. They’ve always bought into the underdog thing and used it as a bit of a motivator. It’s always a little more special to play in Hoopla in Regina. “We’ve got five Grade 12s this year and it’s nice for people, such as grandparents, to see them play who might not make a trip two hours away. You can also get the school out to watch you.”
In the final, the Coronach Colts defeated the Rockglen Raiders 75-45 as Billy Poil scored 21, Jordon Leavitt 19 and Derick Leavitt 16. Denver Corbiere led Rockglen with 16. Leading 38-28 at halftime, the Colts turned up the defence and held the Raiders to eight points in 15 minutes, building a 70-36 lead and romping home. “We came to play. We played some really aggressive defence and we blocked out, controlling the boards,” Derick Leavitt, who scored 16, told the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix. Billy Poil led the way with 21 points. Denver Corbiere scored 16 points for Rockglen.
