Once they got a few steals, we kept getting frustrated and passing and they kept stealing.” Riffel’s Melanie Rakochny said “I was very tired but I looked at the clock and there was two minutes. I just said, let’s push hard for two minutes, get a lead and have the whole second half to regroup and get it back together. That’s what we did. … We know this is provincials and this is what counts. This is what we’ve been working on for the whole year and it’s like we know this is our last chance to prove ourselves.”
