I told my players to keep at it. For the first 35 minutes, we couldn’t do anything but we were fortunate that it started to clicl. Perserverance pays off, I guess.”

We normally shoot 37-40%. They just weren’t dropping. We’d have layups roll in and out. Then Aden Bowman would get the ball, move it around well and – gang – they’d get a basket. … they used their height to their advantage. We had trouble rebounding and had trouble defending against the bigger people.” Simpson said “everything was falling for me. I felt really confident about my shots. I think I rose to the occasion. I’ve been practicing my outside shots a lot.” Farmer said “the key to stopping Campbell wwas Deanna Shmyr. She’s the quarterback of the team and we slowed her down.
