        The Outlook Blues defeated the Maple Creek Composite Redmen 66-48 as Anthony Eliason scored 19, Justin Ostevik 17 and Josh Robson 17. Carl Christie led the Redmen with 17. Aaron Biederman added 12 and Jordan Litke 11. Outlook led 31-17 at the half on the strength of their defensive prowess.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Outlook L.C.B.I. Bisons defeated the Saskatoon C.C.A. Eagles 75-73 as James McCullough scored 19 and Brad Friesen 14. Zane Tymchak led Saskatoon Christian with 21. Travis Brauer added 13. C.C.A. led 37-28 at the half.

In the semi-finals, the Fort Qu’Appelle Bert Fox Lakers defeated the Shaunavon Shadows 86-63 as Jonathan Krahenbill scored 30, including eight from beyond the arc. Krahenbill noted “it helped us a lot. It was pretty tight in the first half but we pulled it together. I knew it was going to be a struggle. You’re got to give these guys credit. They are a good basketball team.” Devin Phalen paced the Shadows with 25.

        In the other semi, the Outlook L.C.B.I. Bisons dumped the Outlook Blues 64-59 as James McCulough scored 19. Ryan McDonald paced the Blues with 17.

        In the bronze medal match, the Outlook Blues thrashed the Shaunavon Shadows 80-56 as Josh Robson scored 22, including a trio from beyond the arc. The Blues led by 20 at the half and romped. “We worked hard, shot well and rebounded well after a bad defensive outing last game, and proved our defence could rise to the occasion,” said Outlook coach Dan Lockart. Aaron Audette paced Shaunavon with 16 points. Shadows coach Mark Benesh said “we have a young team that had a good year but we weren’t able to get the ball to drop today.” The Shadows included Devin Phalen.

        In the final, the Fort Qu’Appelle Bert Fox Lakers defeated Outlook L.C.B.I. Bisons 76-67. “The Lakers have great skills, they’re a good bunch. It’s no shame losing to such an awfully good crew. I’m happy with our effort, I can’t complain about that. I am disappointed in our loss, but not in our game,” said Bisons coach Cliff Adelman. The Lakers said their team effort proved the difference. “It was never based one person, it’s all five going hard.” says Darren Shordee. Jon Krahenbil credited the Bisons with effort. “They played their hearts out of course, they wanted it just much as we did, but we’ve been waiting for this since day one of this year.” says Jon Krahenbil. Sean White led Qu’Appelle with 19. James McCullough led the Bisons with 23.
