The Swift Current Colts dumped the Weyburn Eagles 39-21 as Stu Campbell scored 17. Raymond Link led the Eagles with 11. The Eagles also included Roger Hanna.
The Moose Jaw Grads whipped Prince Albert Collegiate 45-21 as Gerry Goodfellow scored 27 and Ken Peterson 11.
In the last quarterfinal, the Estevan Elecs dispatched the host Yorkton Bears 52-45 as Allan Blevins scored 19. Greg Shave led the Bears with 16. The Bears also included Mitch Marushka, Marus Hechka.
In the semis, the Swift Current Colts dispatched the Melville Cobras 37-33 as Stu Campbell scored 12 and Maurice Petkau 10. Jack Stoyko led the Cobras with 12.
In the other semi, the Estevan Elecs bombed the Moose Jaw Grads 64-49 as Allan Blevins scored 18, Keith McIlvenna 15 and Bill Barrie 14.
