In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Bluefield-1 Bobcats defeated the 4th-seeded Three Oaks-1 Axemen 74-68. Jake Papparoni was chosen player of the game for the Bobcats, while Colby Andrews earned the laurels for the Axemen.

In the final, the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels clipped the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders 88-71. Theo Plourde was chosen player of the game for the Colonels, while Flynn Campbell earned the laurels for the Raiders. The Colonels’ Lauchlan Hillier was chosen the tournament MVP. “All year long, the goal wasn’t really about wins and losses,” said Colonels coach Dennis Manning told the Charlottetown Guardian. “It was really about trying to increase our level and duration of competition every game with the ultimate goal of playing our highest level of competition for a full 40 minutes, and we did that (in the gold-medal game). … It can get kind of frustrating when players are playing for themselves and not for each other. When we’re playing as a team, the ball is moving or making the extra pass to our teammate who is more open than we are, and then that teammate is doing the same. We’re just trusting each other to make the best decision for the team; we’re working as a team to get the highest quality shot, and everyone’s involved in that objective.” Manning added that garnering 30 assists in the game “is an indicator of a successful approach for us,” said Manning. “That also means we had a really high shooting percentage at 45 per cent, so people aren’t being selfish. They’re working the ball around and we’re just playing as a team and the message all year long, regardless of who we’re playing and the score, is to play like that. … Regardless of the score and regardless of who we’re playing, it’s that level of intensity. We had our offensive sets; we had some different looks that we were doing. On defence, we tried to be aggressive, and we were trying to make Rural uncomfortable. … Part of the strategy was to not let them get into a groove,” said Manning. “Regardless of what defence we were running, our ball pressure was as good as it’s been all season.
