In the quarterfinal, the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines defeated the 5th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-1 Bobcats 89-84. The Bobcats (coached by Duncan Shaw, assisted by Darryl Boudreau) included Jude Rist, Daniel Wills, Brady Rodd, Silas LeClair, Joe Bertram, Devan Gormley, Willie Melanson, Neill Shaw, Jimmy Halton, A.J. Harris, Thomas Yeo and Nic Mills.
In the semis, the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders clipped the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels 62-45.
In the other semi, the top-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axemen torched the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 105-71.
In the bronze medal match, the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines edged the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels 74-70. The Colonels led 19-8, 36-21 and 58-42 but the Wolverines opened the final frame with a 12-0 run featuring three bombs from beyond the arc to draw within 58-54. After they knotted the score at 60, Nathan Ellsworth hit a pair of treys and Chris Ramsey added a third as the Wolverines took a 69-64 lead. But Patrick Muise answered with a trey for the Colonels to draw them within 69-67 with 44.6 seconds to play. Teddy Neufield hit a pair of free throws to make it 71-67 with 28.5 seconds to play. Muise drained another trey to trim the margin to one. Matthew Smith hit a free throw for the Wolverines and then Ramsey hit 1-2 from the line and Smith added another free throw as the Wolverines capped the remarkable comeback. Matthew Smith paced the Wolverines with 20, along with 19 boards. Teddy Neufield added 20, Nathan Ellsworth 14, Ryan Leard 11 and Chris Ramsay 8. Jeremy Norman led the Colonels with 22. Ian Kerr added 15, Patrick Muise 9 and Stuart Ferguson 7.
In the final, the top-seeded Summerside Three Oaks Axemen torched the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders 93-69. Rural led 19-14 after one quarter but the Axemen took command after Rural’s Isaac Hughes picked up his third foul and they began dominate the boards. The Axemen led 45-31 and opened the second half with a 8-0 run. They led 70-48 after three quarters and coasted to the easy win. Ben MacDougall paced the Axemen with 19. Justin Caron added 18, Charlie Turner 16, Vlersim Musliu 16 and Sahib Singh 14. Jose Chrisostomo paced the Raiders with 19. Kalen MacDonald-Wood added 16, Nolan Ryan 10 and Isaac Hughes 10.
