In the quarterfinal, the 4th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels dusted the 5th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-1 Bobcats 69-47.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders whipped the 4th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels 71-37. The Raiders led 12-6 and 34-22 at the half largely as a consequence of two late treys by Logan MacCallum. They coasted to the easy win while dominating the boards. MacCallum and Jose Chrisostome each scored 10 to pace the Raiders. Thomas Hogan added 8, along with 11 boards. Yahya Sefau and Keegan Carty each scored 8 to pace the Colonels. Jeremy Norman added 7.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks Axemen clipped the 3rd-seeded Elmdale Westisle Wolverines 62-46. The Axemen led 12-7, 32-19 and 50-27 at the quarters. The Wolverines rallied with a 14-4 run but a Sahib Singh trey buried their erstwhile hopes of an upset. Vlersim Musliu paced the Axemen with 16. Ben MacDougall added 11, along with 11 boards, and Spencer Rossiter 9. Caleb Dawson paced the Wolverines with 19. Chris Ramsay added 11, Morgan Brennan 8 and Jonathan Smith 5, along with 13 boards.

        In the bronze medal match, the 4th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels defeated the 3rd-seeded Elmdale Westisle Wolverines 72-65. The Colonels led 19-16 after one quarter. The Wolverines led 39-31 at the half. The Colonels led 50-45 after three quarters on late buckets by Ian Kerr, Yahya Sefau and Jeremy Norman. Ian Kerr paced the Colonels with 28. Jeremy Norman added 14, Yahya Sefau 12 and Keegan Carty 8. Chris Ramsay led the Wolverines with 24. Johnathan Smith added 12, Matthew Smith 11 and Logan Dawson 8. The Wolverines also included Caleb Dawson, Morgan Brennan.

        In the final, the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders dispatched the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axemen 81-72. The Raiders led 25-20, 43-32 and 70-55 at the quarters. Logan MacCallum paced the Raiders with 23. Parker Roche added 14, Thomas Hogan 13, Jose Chrisostomo 12 and Will Vidito 11. Ben MacDougall led the Axemen with 27. Sahib Singh added 25, Spencer Rossiter 9 and Vlersim Musliu 8, along with 6 boards and 7 steals.
