In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels thrashed the 4th-seeded Montague Vikings 81-28 as Tim Kawolski scored 15, Brandon Watters 14 and Luke Carmichael 13. Marcus Gallant led Montague with 8. Colonel Gray led 53-12 at the half.
In the other semi, the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders nipped the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axemen 71-70 as Mitchell Eamer scored 22, Gregory Wright 18 and Alexander Stevenson 14. Steven Hardy led the Axemen with 17. Dillon Blanchard added 16 and Blair Herrell 12. Charlottetown Rural led 35-25 at the half.
In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axemen clipped the 4th-seeded Montague Vikings 73-61 as Steve Hardy scored 19, Blair Herrill 10 and Mitch Adams 8. Marcus Gallant led Montague with 25. Zach White added 22. The Vikings also included Matt Nobles.
In the gold medal match, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels whipped the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders 70-47 after leading 43-25 at the half. Luke Carmichael paced the Colonels with 19. Jacob Ayangma added 19 and Tim Butler 11. Mitch Eamer led the Raiders with 18. Alex Stevenson added 9.
