In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels clipped the 4th-seeded Bluefield Bobcats 74-41, after leading 26-9 after one quarter and 40-18 at the half. Rayelle Morrison led the Colonels with 22. Sarah Essery added 10, Maiqi Li 9, along with 7 blocks and 7 rebounds, and Hannah Dawson 8. Brittany MacLean paced the Bobcats with 20 points and 7 boards. Olivia Landry scored 7 and Sydney Foy 6. The Bobcats also included Amber Beaton, Rebecca Dawson, Alyson Condon.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders survived the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axewomen 54-49. The game was tied at the half 24-24. Rural led 40-36 after three quarters. A critical bucket by Danielle Roberts and foul shots by Karina Lazaric and the clincher by Tressa Lloyd gave the Raiders the margin of victory in the last two minutes. They had to survive three three-pointers by Sloane Rioux in the last quarter to claim the win. Karina Lazaric led Rural with 17. Jessica Plateneude added 12 and Tressa Lloyd 11.

        In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axewomen pounded the 4th-seeded Bluefield Bobcats 66-48 after leading 34-20 at the half and 50-40 after three quarters. Samantha Rioux paced the Axewomen with 19. Julia Heckbert added 15, Madison Tompkins 2 and Erica Gillis 10. Brittany MacLean led the Bobcats with 21. Sydney Foy added 15, Alyson Condon 7 and Olivia Landry 5.

        In the final, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels defeated the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders 56-51. Three-pointers by Haley Butler and Rayelle Morrison in the last four minutes boosted the Colonels’ lead to five points and three offensive rebounds in the last 1:28 preserved the victory. Gray led 32-24 at the half. Tournament MVP  Maiqi Li paced the Colonels with 16 points, 14 rebounds and seven blocks. Rayelle Morrison added 13 and Sarah Essery 12. Jessica Patenaude paced the Raiders with 20 points and seven boards. Tressa Lloyd scored 14 and Karina Lazaric 12.
