In the semis, the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axettes defeated the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders 70-54 as Kristine Johnston scored 25, including four treys, Julia Heckbert 15 and Madison Tompkins 8. Karina Lazaric paced the Raiders with 22. Tressa Lloyd added 10 and Brooke Currie 10. The Axettes led 35-24 at the half. The Axewomen struck for seven three-pointers, built a comfortable lead and never looked back.
        In the other semi, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels defeated the 4th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-1 Bobcats 64-34 as Maiqi Li scored 15, Ellen Dawson 12 and Kristen Callaghan 12. Alyson Condon led the Bobcats with 12. Brittany MacLean added 6 and Sydney Foy 5. Colonel Gray-1 jumped out to a 20-5 lead after the first quarter.
        In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders defeated the 4th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-1 Bobcats 61-52 as Brooke Currie scored 18, Tressa Lloyd 15, including a trio from beyond the arc, and Meghan Carr 15. Sydney Foy paced the Bobcats with 17. Brittany MacLean added 12 and Amanda MacDonald 8. Rural led 34-24 at the half and 49-39 after three quarters. The Bobcats also included Chelsea Darrach.

        In the final, the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axettes defeated the Charlottetown top-seeded Colonel Gray-1 Colonels 71-58 in overtime as Catherine Strongman scored 20, Kristine Johnston 14, Julia Heckbert 14 and Emma Gillis 11. Kristen Callaghan paced the Colonels with 16. Emma Kelly added 14 and Ellen Dawson 9. The Axewomen held a 52-46 lead with 59 seconds remaining in regulation time, but the Colonels refused to go quietly. Two three-pointers by Katie Andrews and then Rayelle Morrison, who hit with 4.1 seconds remaining, sent the now-full gymnasium into frenzy and the Colonels forced overtime, which Three Oaks dominated. Strongman was chosen the tournament’s MVP. The pace was quick in the first quarter and both teams played tough defence as Three Oaks took a 10-7 lead. Gray then went on a 9-2 run to close out the half and led 24-21 at halftime. Three Oaks, however, was in front 36-35 lead after three quarters.

        The regular season first-team provincial all-stars were: Kristen Callaghan (Colonel Gray-1); Kristine Johnston (Three Oaks-1); Karina Lazaric (Charlottetown Rural); Maiqi Li (Colonel Gray-1); and Catherine Strongman (Three Oaks-1). The 2nd team featured: Meghan Carr (Charlottetown Rural); Chelsea Darrach (Hampshire Bluefield-1); Emma Gillis (Three Oaks-1); Tressa Lloyd (Charlottetown Rural); and Sydney Foy (Hampshire Bluefield-1).
