In the quarterfinals the 11th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-2 Bobcats clubbed the 14th-seeded Charlottetown Francois Buote Jaguars 81-58. The Jaguars included Ian Cormier, Raphael Duchesne.

In the other quarterfinal, the 12th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels dusted the 13th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-3 Axemen 73-53 as David Elsinga scored 27. Kolby Waugh led the Axemen with 11. The Axemen (coached by John Turner) also included Brandon Hastings, Brandon Gillis.

In the semis, the 10th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen whipped the 11th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield-2 Bobcats 87-66. The Axemen’s attacks off the dribble easily outdid the Bobcats perimeter shooting. Tyler MacDonald paced the Axemen with 26. Cameron Wall added 23 and Matthew Enman 13. Matt Mingo paced the Bobcats with 22. Hunter Prus added 20 and Carson Dorion 13.

In the other semi, the 8th-seeded Souris Spartans whacked the 12th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 61-34 after leading 26-13 at the half. The Colonels briefly rallied with a 10-0 run early in the second half but the Spartans speed soon quelled the threat. Isaac Chaisson paced the Spartans with 15. Matthew Antle added 13 and Jacob MacPhee 9. Christian Morrison led the Colonels with 17. Caleb Briggs added 9 and Seth Doyle 4. The Colonels played without leading scorer David Elsinga.

        In the bronze medal match, the Hampshire Bluefield-2 Bobcats clipped the Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 65-53 after leading 38-27 at the half. Hunter Prus led the Bobcats with 20. Luke McCarville added 11, Carson Doiron 11 and Nick Mills 10. Christian Morrison paced the Colonels with 15. David Elsinga added 12, Seth Doyle 11 and Caleb Briggs 7.

        In the final, the Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen edged the Souris Spartans 66-63. The score was knotted at 21 after one quarter. The Axemen led 35-32 at the half. The score was knotted at 52 after three quarters. Cameron Wall paced the Axemen with 27, along with 15 boards. Tyler MacDonald added 19 and Kyle Cameron 8. Isaac Chaisson paced the Spartans with 18. Jacob Outhouse added 12, Matthew Antle 11 and Steve Acorn 7, along with 7 boards, 5 steals and 5 blocks.
