In the quarterfinals, the 3rd-seeded Montague Vikings defeated the 6th-seeded Charlottetown Rural Raiders 66-51 as Nolan Bryan scored 20, Angus Campbell 15 and Joel Drake 13. Montague led 42-14 at the half. Brodie Hughes paced Rural with 16. Matt Doucette added 12. The Raiders (coached by Bob Campbell and Matt Read) also included Adam MacKinnon.

        In the other quarterfinal, the 4th-seeded Grace Christian Knights defeated the 5th-seeded Morell Marlins 38-33 as Jonathan Barrett, Matthew Breedon and Joshua Arsenault each scored 8. Adam Jay led Morell with 18. The score was knotted at 18 at the half. The Marlins (coached by Brian Cameron and Nathan Jay) also included Brodie MacInnis, Greg Bernard, Justin Cobb, Josh Collins, Craig Gallant, Mark Jackson, Tim MacDonald, Luke MacDougall, Shawn Maclean, Logan MacInnis, Nick Mullen and Mark Scotto.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-A Colonels crushed the 4th-seeded Grace Christian Knights 66-47 as Evan Charles scored 18, nabbed 11 boards and pilfered 2 balls. Scott Bentley scored 20 and Matt Wilkins 9. The Colonels led 33-26 at the half. Josh Arsenault paced the Knights with 10 points, 9 boards and 5 steals. Jon Barrett scored 9, Philip Reed 11 and Derek Schipper 9.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-A Axemen edged the 3rd-seeded Montague Vikings 65-60 as Craig Perry scored 16 and Adam Perry 13. Angus Campbell led the Vikings with 16. Leif Christensen added 13, Joel Drake 10 and Nolan Bryand 9.

        In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Montague Vikings edged the 4th-seeded Grace Christian Knights 35-32 as Nolan Bryand scored 13, Dylan Jackson 8, Joel Drake 6 and Angus Campbell 5. Jonathan Barrett led Grace Christian with 12. Derek Schipper added 6, John Gowing 5 and Josh Arsenault 5. Montague led 24-16 at the half. The Knights were coached by Laura Mattson, Joel Dennis and Bob Barrett.

        In the final, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels defeated the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks Axemen 56-53 as Andrew Dunning scored 13, Matt Wilkins 11, Evan Charles 11 and Scott Bentley 7. Buddy Farrish and Adam Perry each scored 15 to pace Three Oaks. Pat O’Brien added 13 and Craig Perry 8. Three Oaks led 27-22 at the half.
