In the quarterfinals, the top-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines defeated the Morell Marlins 67-30 as Sherrise Smallman scored 13 and Bobbi Joe Shea 12. Maria MacDonald and Alexia Meade each scored 8 for Morell. Elmsdale Westisle led 39-14 at the half. The Marlins also included Lauren Kelly, Nicki Burke.

        The 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural Raiders defeated the Summerside Three Oaks Axettes 48-41 as Ellen Thompson scored 18. Nicolle Gallant scored 11 to pace Three Oaks. Courtney Alexander added 10. Rural led 32-26 at the half. The Axettes included Jamie Lynn DesRoches.

        The Souris Spartans defeated the Kinkora Blazers 66-13 as Holly Oickle scored 17. Marissa Lynch led Kinkora with 5. Kara Murray added 4. The Blazers included Rachel McIver.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonel defeated the Hampshire Bluefield Bobcats 46-43 as Laurel Murphy scored 20. Erin MacLean led the Bobcats with 15. Hampshire Bluefield led 26-24 at the half. The Bobcats also included Amanda Camody, Neilly Curry.

In the semis, the top-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines defeated the Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels 58-33 as Kendra Jones controlled the tempo and Sherrise Smallman nailed a raft of jumpers in the second half. Jones scored 14 and pilfered 9 balls. Sherrise Smallman added 10 points, Tanya Campbell 8, Katie LeClair 8 and Tiffany Costain 6. Sara Cannell paced Colonel Gray with 8. Nicki Murphy added 6 and Rachel Murphy 5, along with 5 boards.

In the other semi, the Charlottetown Rural Raiders defeated the Souris Spartans 50-48 as Laura Wright scored 14 and grabbed 12 boards. Jayne Moore added 14, Ellen Thompson 11, along with 8 boards, while Bobbi Lawlor tossed in 4 and nabbed 14 boards. Amy MacNeil and Ellen Thompson each hit a pair of foul shots in the final minute to ice the win. Souris, by contrast, was cold from the line, hitting but 10-29 free throws. Katie MacCormack paced Souris with 15 points and 15 boards. Holly Dickie added 14 and Vicki Cheverie 13, along with 7 boards.

In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Souris Spartans defeated the 4th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels 40-33 as Katie MacCormack scored 14 and ripped down 26 boards. The Spartans had four starters with four fouls apiece early in the second half but hung on for the win. Holly Oickle, Natalie Fisher and Kinsey Cheverie each added 6 for Souris, which led 20-16 at the half. Laurel Murphy and Rachel Murphy each scored 9 for the Colonels. Nikki Murphy added 4, while nabbing 6 boards. The Colonels also included Heather Dickie.

In the final, the Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines defeated the Charlottetown Rural Raiders 54-33 as tournament MVP Kendra Jones scored 11, grabbed 7 rebounds and had 9 steals. Tanya Campbell added 13 points and 5 steals, while Sherrise Smallman scored 10 and nabbed 6 boards. Tiffany Costain scored 10 and had 6 boards, while Alisha Arsenault grabbed 8 boards. Elmsdale Westisle led 25-12 at the half. Laura Wright paced the Rural Raiders with 11 points and 11 boards. Ellen Thompson added 10, along with 7 boards. Wolverines coach Rick Peters told the Charlottetown Guardian that at the start of the season, “we just wanted to finish respectable — middle of the pack. … We have seven first-years players and no third-year players. I have my whole team back next year. … Charlottetown Rural really came to play and they were tough.”
