In the semis, the 2nd-seeded Montague Regional Vikings edged the Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders 54-51.
In the other semi, the top-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-3 Axemen clipped the Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 62-47.
In the bronze medal match, the Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders defeated Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 50-40. The Colonels (coach Tyler Currie, coach Brad Farrow, coach Will Muirhead, coach Geoff Scales) included James Ronahan, Dalton Scales, Paul Kingston, Chet Ettinger, Jaycob Williams, Zack Nguyen, Noah MacKinnon, Nick Miller, Xavier Dirnberger, Jonathan Ndayegamiye, Braydon Bruce and Desmond Cunniffe.
In the final, the Summerside Three Oaks-3 Axemen defeated the Montague Regional Vikings 65-50 as Drake Blacquiere scored 17, Nathan Enman 13, Aiden Little 9 and Cayden Wadman 9. The Vikings led 14-12 after one quarter. The Axemen led 34-24 at the half and 45-31 after three quarters. Sawyer Ryan led the Vikings with 21.
