In the quarterfinals, 4th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen nipped the 5th-seeded Montague Vikings 67-66 despite trailing 28-25 at the half. Jacob Majcan paced Three Oaks-2 with 18. Mitchel Henderson added 15 and Zack Mallet 13. Cameron Glover led Montague with 21. Daniel Morrison added 16 and Trisley Dawson 12. The Vikings (coached by Jared Cheverie and Pat Doherty) also included Ian Campbell, Patrick Murphy, Andrew MacLeod, Brandon Henderson, Cody Forrester, Jacob Bedell, Tynan Murphy, Liam Hatton, Ryan MacEachern, Riley Acorn, David Thompson, Cody Fitzpatrick and

In the semis, the top-seeded Kensington Torchmen stomped 4th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen 91-61 after leading 16-14, 43-31 and 74-46 at the quarters. The Torchmen took command on the three-point shooting of Aiden Harrington and the boardwork of Jordan Montgomery and Patrick Clark. Aiden Harrington paced Kensington with 32, including 7 treys. Jake Reynolds added 28, Mackenzie Corcoran 10 and Patrick Clark 10. Montgomery nabbed 10 boards. Mitchell Henderson led Three Oaks-2 with 15. Zack Mallett added 15, along with 12 boards, and Coltan Wadman 12.
In the other semi, the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders stunned the 2nd-seeded Souris Spartans 75-68 after leading 32-31 at the half. The Raiders led by one point with 3:04 remaining. Josh Stewart hit two foul shots with 2:51 to play to put the Spartans up one. Then Nick Frizzell took over, draining a trio of three-pointers on three consecutive trips up the floor to put the Raiders up six with 1:59 to play. Tanner Ogg paced the Raiders with 20. Nick Frizzell added 20 and Kyle Arsenault 14, along with 14 boards. Josh Stewart led Souris with 37, alone with 16 boards. Zack Acorn added 18.
In the bronze medal match, the 4th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen dispatched the 2nd-seeded Souris Spartans 71-55 despite trailing 15-12 after one quarter and 38-26 at the half. The Axemen got four treys from their guards in the third quarter as they rallied to a 53-44 lead. Colton Wadman led the Axemen with 18. Mitchell Henderson added 14 and Zack Mallett 14, along with 9 boards Josh Stewart led the Spartans with 16. Isaac Cahill added 11 and Drew McClumpha 9. The Spartans (coached by Peter McQuaid & Kevin Jenkins) also included Liam Carpenter, Carson Deveau, Zach Acorn, Jake LaBrech, Thomas MacKenzie, Austin Chaisson and Brandon Ford.
In the final, the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders pounded the top-seeded Kensington Torchmen 98-81 despite trailing 48-42 at the half. Nick Frizzell paced the Raiders with 31. Keegan Lazaric added 26, Kyle Arsenault 16, along with 19 boards, and Austin MacKenzie 10. Jake Reynolds paced Kensington with 29. Aiden Harrington added 22, Mackenzie Corcoran 16 and Patrick Clark 12.
