The 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural Raiders crushed the 6th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 68-37 as Jeff Murphy scored 24, Nick MacEwen 12 and Hughie Mullally 10. Rural led 30-24 at the half. Dustin Gavin led Elmsdale Westisle with 14. Sandy Gallant added 8. The Wolverines (coached by Walter Davison) also included Derrick Blanche, Justin Smith, Geoffrey Irving.

In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-AA Axemen stomped the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-AA Raiders 83-64.
In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-AA Raiders defeated the 4th-seeded Hampshire Bluefield Bobcats 67-44 as Nick MacEwen scored 17, Jeff Murphy 15, Matt Reid 10 and Don Killorn 8. Rural led 38-15 at the half. Darren Dawson, Alex Field and Adam Hood each scored 9 to pace the Bobcats. The Bobcats (coached by Darryl Boudreau) also included Justin Dawson, Nial Lucock.
In the final, the top-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-AA Colonels defeated the 2nd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-AA Axemen 69-57. The score was knotted at 44 with 13 minutes to play but a 14-2 run by the Colonels, triggered by four three-pointers from Colin Stanley, proved the difference. Stanley paced the Colonels with 24. Neal Manning added 23, Jeff Grandy 8 and Pat Rossiter 6. Walter Moyse led the Axemen with 23. Stephen Clow and Brian Finniss each added 11. Colonel Gray led 34-32 at the half.
