In the quarterfinals, the 8th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines nipped the 9th-seeded Montague Vikings 51-48 after leading 21-15 at the half. Vanessa Rennie paced the Wolverines with 21. Noni Lyon added 16 and Aneasa Ramsay 10. Emma Mullay led the Vikings with 14. Zoie Farish added 13 and Molly Stewart 8.

In the semis, the 5th-seeded Kensington Torchettes dispatched the 8th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 54-46 after leading 19-16 at the half. The Wolverines led 35-33 after three quarters. Hannah Harrington hit a bucket and a trey to give Kensington a 40-37 lead. Cassidy Champion drove for a bucket, Brianna MacKay notched a four-point play and Champion added a trey as they extended their lead to 50-39 and romped. Champion led the Torchettes with 13. Hannah Harrington added 12, Kelsey MacLean 11, Brianna Mackay 10 and Brooke Johnston 8. Lexi Getson paced the Wolverines with 16. Vanessa Rennie added 16 and Aneasa Ramsay 8.

In the other semi, the 7th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axettes clipped the 6th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 45-33 after leading 26-13 at the half and 35-19 after three quarters. Shelanna Cole paced the Axettes with 14 and 7 boards. Brea Schurman added 8, Taran Price 8 and Erin MacKinnon 8. Edna Nino-Esparasa led the Colonels with 19. Danielle Younker added 6 and Adrienne Wright 5.

In the bronze medal match, the 6th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels nipped the 8th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 49-47 despite trailing 24-23 at the half. Adrienne Wright knotted the score at 45 with four minutes to play and Danielle Younker hit the winner on a putback with 39.5 seconds on the clock. Alleyiah Villard paced the Colonels with 16. Adrienne Wright added 12, Edna Nino-Esparza 10 and Danielle Younker 5, along with 23 boards. Julia O’Halloran led the Wolverines with 13. Aneasa Ramsay added 9, Noni Lyon 9 and Lexi Getson 7, along with 17 boards. The Wolverines (coached by Dana Gard) also included Lexi Getson, Vanessa Rennie, Ricki-Lee MacLeod, Paiton Gallant, Payton Milligan, Alicia Weeks.

Hannah Harrington led the Torchettes with 14. Kelsey Haslam added 10 and Brianna MacKay 7. Erin MacKinnon paced the Axettes with 9. Taran Price added 8 and Rebecca Parnham 6.
