But we came out and went up 12-5 early and they never really got back within seven or eight points after that. Danielle (Ranger) hit some key outside shots early. Her three-point game was on, that’s for sure and we just kept it going.” MacInnis also lauded the contribution of his bench. “We got into a bit of foul trouble, and Kaitlin (Carlson) hurt her ankle, so at one point we had four starters on the bench but everybody stepped up and our outside shots kept falling.”
