In the final, the Toronto Runnymede Redmen captured their second straight provincial crown by dumping the Sudbury St. Charles Cardinals 44-24. Both defenses were miserly. Runnymede led 19-10 at the half and finally found their range in the third quarter, scoring 15 to take a 33-14 lead. Runnymede shot 20-70 from the floor, while St. Charles hit 11-59.
