In the quarterfinals, the Windsor Shawnee Dukes defeated Niagara Falls Lord Elgin 67-42 as Darryl Delaney scored 16, Rick Pittman 14, Jeff Barnett 12, John Newman 10 and Carmen Owens 10.

In the semis, the Scarborough Sir Robert L. Borden Falcons rallied from a 17-point deficit to defeat Toronto Timothy Eaton 56-52.

In the other semi, the Windsor Shawnee Dukes defeated the Toronto Brockton Rams 46-43 as Rick Pittman scored 20 and Darryl Delaney 13. The Rams included Peter Mullings.

        In the final, the Scarborough Sir Robert L. Borden Falcons defeated the Windsor Shawnee Dukes, who were appearing in their fourth straight title contest, by a score of 55-45 as Dave Robinson scored 19, Lebert Viera 17 and Ozzie Osborne 12. Jeff Barrett led the Dukes with 14. Darryl Delaney added 10. Dukes coach Dave Robinson told the Windsor Star that “the game was close until the closing minutes of the half. Then Borden scored six points on our turnovers to take a 28-21 lead and we never came back.”
