In the quarterfinals, held in Welland, the Windsor Shawnee Dukes clipped York Humber 58-53.

        In the semis, the Windsor Shawnee Dukes clipped Brantford H.E. Fawcett Tigers 65-51. The Tigers included Terry Essery, Ken Laughlin, Peter Balog, Gary Rattie, Greg Lutes, Rick Van Engen, Pierre Boilard.

In the final, the Windsor Shawnee Dukes nipped the host Welland Westbrook Warriors 47-46. Shawnee trailed 43-42 but Jeff Barnett notched a three-point play and Rick Pittman hit a free throw after being fouled on a steal in the halfcourt zone press. Jerry Jones countered with a bucket to make it 47-44 and then another to draw Westbrook within a point. But Jones missed a jumper with 11 seconds to play. Tournament MVP Rick Pittman led the Dukes with 14. Mark Parsons added 12 and Jeff Barnett 9. Jerry Jones led the Warriors with 15.
