We’ve worked our butts off all season long for this. I’ve been preaching to the boys since Day 1 that the only games that matter are played in March. We had a specific game plan coming into the final and the boys executed it to perfection. We shot the lights out and we won the vast majority of battles for loose balls. … I knew what we were capable of. I knew if we were firing on all cylinders, we were capable of this kind of game. The guys just peaked at the right time. … They are a very talented team with a number of great players who will go on to play university or college basketball. It’s been a battle with them all season and this is the only way the year could have ended … with us and them in the championship game.”
