The Corner Brook Regina Knights finished (1-1) in round-robin play, second in their division.

In the semis, the Corner Brook Regina Knights knocked off the St. John’s Booth Memorial Braves 66-65 as Jer Poole scored 21. Host Booth Memorial was paced by Bruce Nowe’s 20 points. They’d led 34-33 at the half.

In the other semi, the Mount Pearl Central Huskies defeated the St. John’s Brother Rice Celtics 65-50 as Dave Penney scored 16. Mount Pearl Central led 27-25 at the half. Stan Cook paced Brother Rice with 11 points.

In the final, the Corner Brook Regina Knights defeated Mount Pearl Central Huskies 57-52. Regina trailed by 38-20 in the second half but rallied for the win as Michael Moore scored 20. The Central Huskies were led by Dave Penney’s 26 points.
