Jackie Shanks led the Seabees with 10. Cindy Childs added 6, Debbie Barrett 4, Carolyn Wolper 2 and Joanne Wolper 1, while Karen McLeneghan, Jill Sparrow, Vickie Irvine, Sandra Davis, Sherry Lou Emerson and Emmerson were scoreless.

       The 7th-seeded host Oromocto Blues stunned the 2nd-seeded Riverview Royals 50-38 as D Wood scored 17, Randall 11, Reid 9, Lanteigne 5, Campbell 4 and H Wood 4. Janet Proude led the Royals with 19. Becky Dobson added 14, Ann Margesson 3 and Melanie Melanson 2, while Ruth Ratcliffe, Karen Hagen, Annette LeBlanc, Donna Walsh, Trudy Collins, Jane Mair, Jeanne Alderson and M Dobson were scoreless.

       The 5th-seeded Moncton Purple Knights dusted the 4th-seeded Bathurst Phantoms 50-34 as Goggin scored 17, MacFarlane 17, Sutton 6, J Levangie 4, and Heffernan 2. Brenda Parrott led the Phantoms with 21. Nancy Maclaggan added 6, Debbie McKay 5 and Brenda Boucher 2, while Maureen Cainan, Jean Kent, Chris White, Glenda Aubie, Joyce Kane, Sheila Ferguson, Shirley Arsenault and Nancy O’Toole were scoreless.

       In the last quarterfinal, the 3rd-seeded Fredericton Black Kats crushed the 6th-seeded Dalhousie Condors 42-20 as Jensen scored 26, Dean 9, McKinnon 2, Johnson 2, Stevenson 1, Bradley 1 and Gillies 1. Raymonde D’Amour paced the Condors with 7. Pauline Brown added 6, Robyn Eddy 4 and Collette Chaisson 3.

       In the semis, the top-seeded St. Stephen Spartans clocked the 5th-seeded Moncton Purple Knights 61-36 as Johnston scored 22, McGeachy 13, Hansen 12, Campbell 10, Halford 3 and Stuart 1. Goggin led the Purple Knights with 16. MacFarlane added 9, C Levangie 5, J Levangie 4 and Sutton 2.

       In the other semi, the 7th-seeded Oromocto Blues dispatched the 3rd-seeded Fredericton Black Kats 45-36 as Lateigne scored 16, Randall 16, Read 7, Wood 4 and Campbell 2. Jensen led the Black Kats with 15. Dean added 11, Stevenson 5, Gillies 3 and True 2.

       In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Fredericton Black Kats defeated the 5th-seeded Moncton Purple Knights 48-42 as MacKinnon scored 17, Jensen 14, Dean 5, Johnson 4, True 4 and Stevenson 4. Janet Goggin paced the Purple Knights with 29. C Lavangie added 6, Judy Levangie 4, Evelyn Sutton 2 and Geralyn MacFarlane 2, while Wendy Heffernan, Karen Allanack, Cathy Grose and Joyce Edgett were scoreless.

In the final, the top-seeded St. Stephen Spartans captured their fourth straight title as they dominated the 7th-seeded Oromocto Blues 60-39. Johnston paced the Spartans with 26. Hansen added 16, McGeachy 9, Halford 6, M Campbell 2 and Stuart 1. After the season, coach Judy Wilson retired. Wood led the Blues with 16. Campbell added 9, Lanteigne 7 and Reid 7.
